Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and leading a team of Agency Managers within multiple locations
- Overseeing all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales and retention goals
- Ensuring sales agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
- Devising ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Leading team meetings, setting goals and assist in productivity challenges including, team building , setting and managing expectations
- Assisting with employee performance issues
- Measuring performance with key metrics
- Collaborating with the internal leadership team to recommend best practices for processes and procedures
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals

- Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years general insurance industry or related field experience preferred
- Insurance license preferred, or must obtain within 60 days of employment
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
- Decisiveness and attention to detail
- Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
- Positive Attitude, Self-Motivation, and Confidence
- Ability to quickly Learn and Adapt
- Effective communication skills, both in-person, via phone and in writing
