We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinates timely and successful transition of vendors into Smile Doctors Accounts Payable infrastructure and assists clinics by reaching out to vendors for invoice copies/receipts
  • Prepares timely and accurate reimbursements for new affiliates
  • Provides support for proper coding of new affiliate transactions
  • Provides customer service support to new affiliates for financial-related inquiries
  • Researches appropriate division of pre- and post-affiliation expenses
  • Reconciles and provides coding for new practice corporate card expenses
  • Assists in preparation of bank reconciliation worksheets
  • Works with clinic to obtain support for expenditures
  • Assists in welcoming new affiliates to the Smile Doctors family of practices ensuring the transition is as smooth as possible

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounts receivable or other similar functions required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage large datasets using VLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic formulas
