We re-manufacture transmissions, torque converters, differentials, drivelines, final drives, wet brakes, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves and much more. 

Inside Sales Representative at our Perfection Hydraulics location off Lynch Road. 
Monday- Friday 7am-4pm  


Job Responsibilities: 
* Support our customers with specific application issues 
* Work closely with shop management on production and timelines 
* May be required to handle house accounts and support other outside sales reps 
* Ability to quote pricing and learn the different parts and components 
* Maintain customer accounts 
* Document customer evaluations by obtaining positive/feedback from customer and entering information as required
* Resolve customer complaints by evaluating and researching issues and communicating with customers and/or supervisor
* Quoting customers on hydraulic repairs and parts. 

Job Requirements: 
* Customer service skills
* Demonstrate accuracy in working with detail
* Two plus years’ experience in a similar position 
* Hydraulic Cylinder experience/ knowledge preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills 
* Above average computer skills; Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel a plus
* Ability to work independently 
* Overtime may be required based on customer demand 
* Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
