Bozzuto's is seeking a Workforce Analyst who will design and deliver insights for Human Resources business partners and business leaders to drive predictability
in performance, talent, and capability initiatives. This role will also partner with HR leaders to ensure compliance and optimization of all HR technology endeavors.

In this role, you'll focus on several Human Resources disciplines while enhancing the employee experience. 

  • Partners with functional teams to establish processes governing the optimal use of HR systems
  • Analyze data to develop meaningful KPI reporting and dashboards for the business 
  • Actively seeks opportunities to improve company services and performance through enhanced use of HR systems 
  • Will assist in the design and delivery of all HR technology endeavors 
  • Analyzing employee performance data to identify trends that may indicate training needs or issues in the workplace
  • Ensures end- user needs are elicited and prioritized and that associated reporting capabilities are developed 
  • Maintains documentation on HR systems processes, interfaces and technology infrastructure 
  • Serves as the main point of contact for all technical and user issues
  • Creates/generates HR query reports, statistics and data analysis to support HR and management operations
  • Exposure and partnership with all disciplines of Human Resources to include, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition 
  • Market research and analysis 
  • Creates both weekly scorecards and quarterly executive presentations 

Desired Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years exp with HRIS platforms
  •  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong initiative, work ethic, ability to independently and take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Aspiration to develop in Human Resources
  •  Excellent communication, organizational, analytical presentation, and project management skills 
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
