JOB TITLE:                                     Clinic Solutions Coordinator

REPORTS TO:                               Executive Director

FLSA STATUS:                              Non-Exempt

EMPLOYEE LEVEL:                      4 (Non-exempt – No Direct Reports)

COMPENSATION:                       $19.00 - $27.00 hourly

OVERVIEW: The Clinic Solutions Coordinator is responsible for overseeing facility processes on a day-to-day basis and serves as the first point of contact for team members, patients, and guests.  This position assists with maintaining records, completing forms, and reporting compliance as requested by the leadership team.  The Clinic Solutions Coordinator is an influencer of Vertava Health’s brand values and is passionate about fostering a positive and professional environment.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet team members, patients, and visitors as the first point of contact when they enter the facility.
  • Complete clinical duties including answering a multi-line phone, scanning, uploading and downloading documents, sending and receiving faxes.
  • Monitor and reply to email.
  • Assist patients with forms and reports, as needed.
  • Assemble the assessment, intake, and patient program packets.
  • Schedule meetings for leadership team, set up of technology, as needed.
  • Foster and support a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to tend to priority needs.
  • Complete trainings as assigned.
  • Post payments daily/weekly.
  • Maintain spreadsheets of patient attendance and reconcile with authorized days.
  • Maintain master calendar for facility leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal state and local health department and regulatory requirements preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in the SUD industry and communicating with third party payers in an effective manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Extremely high level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
