Summary of Position:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for fielding client inquiries regarding release of information (ROI) requests for patient medical records while maintaining consistent service standards and metrics. The CSR provides issue resolution, status updates concerning medical record requests, and posts corrective action notes in the corporate database to facilitate timely and accurate release of information processing.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (flexible shifts available) 


  • Entry level starts at $15.25/hr+

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Receive inbound calls from clients inquiring about status of medical records, fees and other inquiries
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and requestors (i.e. law firms, insurance companies, doctor’s offices, patients, etc.)
  • Escalate complex issues, as needed
  • Receive inbound phone inquiries from requester clients regarding patient medical records
  • Minimum productivity standard will be set by the manager in accordance with the line of business
  • Manage customer concerns and questions regarding status of requests, invoice/fee issues, request remediation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is a MUST
  • Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor
  • Tech savvy (i.e. typing, navigating in/out of multiple programs, dual monitors, etc.)
  • Comfortable fielding high-volume calls
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Qualified applicants must be vaccinated from COVID-19
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and capacity to build effective relationships with co-workers and customers
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in high volume & fast-paced environments
