You will be able to bring your own style, ideas and experience to the table to help improve our social media presence for recruiting and retention.

• Help us look into Human Resources - You will be a part of making our business better by uncovering opportunities for improvements, developing and implementing the solutions.
• Show us your leadership skills - You'll be a part of conducting meetings and presentations to show what's you’ve learned. You also get to share ideas with the Human Resources team. Good communication is key.
• Meet new people and build up your social skills - You’ll get to work with various teams and people at all levels of the organization to collaborate ideas or share findings.
• Use your data skills and improve them - You’ll be able to perform analytics, develop social media optimization strategies and help build an HR dashboard.
• Be an active contributor – Help us improve our interview process and dig into recruiting and retention.
• Show off your organizational skills – Compile, create and/or assemble employee files. Develop an understanding of how employee files are maintained.
