Security Properties has an opening for Regional Manager!

An ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in the hands-on management of 8-10 communities, and have the demonstrated ability to maintain the physical asset, maximize cash flow and long term value, while successfully leading all team members to achieve company goals. This individual must be a respected leader in the property management industry with 5-7 years property management leadership experience in at least a district manager role. Candidate should have strong supervisory experience and site-level operating experience. This position is responsible for all aspects of management including liaison between owners and property management staff, monitoring property performance, preparing annual budgets, inspecting properties, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Candidate must have strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Ability to travel to areas within assigned portfolio is a must - travel will be as needed. Experience with a variety of properties, outstanding leadership, customer service, interpersonal skills, and verbal, written and presentation skills a must. Strong organizational abilities, computer and Excel skills, and time management skills needed.
