ABOUT THE ROLE:

Parker Poe is seeking an experienced litigator in landlord/tenant issues to join our Financial Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in representing landlords in both residential and commercial settings, with a particular emphasis on summary ejectment proceedings. Experience working with property managers and leasing agents, and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. The position offers direct and significant client interaction and management, with support to grow the landlord/tenant practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team that provides direct client interaction and courtroom experience. Additionally, this opportunity provides for exposure to other areas of litigation and related areas of the law, including collections, litigation, and community association law.
