St. Ann’s Community is currently searching for a Financial planning and analysis manager for the St. Ann’s Home Finance department located on our Irondequoit Campus. The purpose of this position is to analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators in all areas, revenues, expenses and capital expenditures.

Job Description:

• Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Lead analysis related to the month-end close
• Assessing current finance operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementation of new processes on an ongoing basis
• Supporting CFO and other Senior Management members with in-depth analysis, help operating leaders to understand key financial metrics to drive productivity and profitability
• Drive improvement in financial data integrity and analytics
• Assist in the continued development of Financial Forecasting, Business Intelligence and Modeling tools.
• Assist with diligence for the execution of St. Ann’s growth strategy
• Assist in the annual budgeting process with company leadership
• Serve as business partner with budget owners to prepare annual budget and periodically review performance.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Candidate Requirements:

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting function

·        Minimum bachelor's degree in finance or accounting 

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including excel modeling

·        Creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment

·        Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly valued

·        Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Microsoft Power BI

·        CPA/CMA or similar qualifications (a plus)
