St. Ann’s Community is looking for an energetic Life Enrichment Care Partner for the St. Ann’s Care Center located on the Webster Campus. The purpose of this position is to assist in the development and implementation of recreation programs for residents of St. Ann’s Care Center to enhance their quality of life.

Job Description:
- Delivers diverse individualized interventions to residents based on plan of care
- Plan and implement recreation leisure programs for residents under guidance of the Life Enrichment Coordinator
- Responsible for preparation/serving of Residents meals and snacks (as per meal tickets) and proper kitchen clean up
- Consistently follow standard principles and universal precautions to preserve food quality and prevent the transmission of foodborne illness
- Evaluates programs to assure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting residents’ needs
- Assist in coordinating SAH special events with resident(s) and staff
- Monitor and maintain supplies necessary for program implementation within the recreation budget
- Provide a variety of meaningful programs, as deemed by Life Enrichment Coordinator and resident(s), that emphasize individuals’ strengths and abilities, sustain or improve physical and psycho-social functioning, offer sensory and intellectual stimulation and promote a sense of usefulness and community spirit
- Observes for behavioral changes and alters approaches to meet resident needs
- Supports volunteers and other staff providing clear direction and adequate support with leisure activities
Candidate Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in a Senior living setting
- Experience leading recreation/leisure activities Preferred
