St. Ann’s Community is looking for a part time Dining Services Expediter for the St. Ann’s Home located at the Irondequoit Campus. The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper flow of Resident meal items from the main kitchen to the household floors.

Job Description:

• Assists in portioning and packaging quantities to proper household
• Utilizes tally sheets to precisely load and verify each household meal truck for accurate quantities and consistencies
• Coordinates the deliveries of the household meal trucks
• Responds to any calls for missing meal items and delivers them
• Controls storage of leftover/unused food
• Maintains kitchen and storage areas in an orderly manner for standard safety and sanitary regulations
• Provides garnishes and accompaniments for enhancing dining service
• Maintain adequate food supply to service areas utilizing a team approach to assist

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training preferred
• Knowledge of cooking methods, utensils and equipment preferred.
