Pool Cashier (PT/Seasonal)

Summary

The cashier is responsible for collecting entry fees for Lions Junction Family Water Park. Cashier may also issue membership passes. The cashier provides direct customer services to the public as well as conducts cashiering and related clerical functions and assists in working slides during the day. Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This is a seasonal position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assures that the public is greeted in a prompt, service-oriented manner and the City's standards for customer service are met
• Provides information about Lions Junction
• Processes customer transactions for pool admittance and pool memberships
• Maintains and balance cash drawer, and processes related reports
• Assist with picking up litter from grounds, checking the restrooms, working concessions
• Ensures facility rules and policies are followed
• Assists with slide dispatch and welcome table duties as needed
• Follows the city policies, procedures and safety guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of two years of High School

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
