SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Segra is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to support business operations and contribute to projects within the Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) department. The position works closely with functional leaders and collects data to present in an executive-friendly format. This position conducts analyses in various areas of the business and contributes in the areas of business planning, cash flow modeling, analysis, reporting, auditing, and ad-hoc FP&A projects as required.

The ideal candidate would have experience with the creation of business plan models for complex deals, at-risk capital projects, and expansion opportunities; coordination of weekly Deals Desk meetings and follow-up action items; business plan metrics reporting and analysis and some project management. 

Other qualifications would include:

• Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics preferred.
• Experience:   4-7 years of experience preferred in related positions.

15. Ability to analyze results and translate them into relevant insights for leadership
16. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
17. Experience with month end Financial Reporting and variance analysis
18. Experience creating advanced charts and graphs for PPT presentations
19. Strong data and financial modeling skills
20. Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (MS Dynamics etc)
21. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with upper management
22. Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and prioritize responsibilities
23. Strong business acumen and the ability to work with cross-functional groups
