Position Title: Reports Coordinator
Location: Onsite in Jacksonville
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary range: $16.21 - $20.27 per hour

What work will you perform?

In this role you will create, track, document, review, and disseminate departmental reports promptly and accurately on a variety of cadences including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. You will be adept at reviewing and collating data to create meaningful and actionable reports for multiple levels of management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports created by combining data extracted from various database sources using Excel formulas and functions to deliver cohesive outputs
• Troubleshoot issues with reports and data outputs
• Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) for department(s) on a weekly/monthly basis
• Create detailed work instructions for new reports
• Streamline existing report creation and distribution processes
• Suggest improved reporting content for manager review and approval
• Process map departmental processes and revise as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• 6 months experience working in an office environment
• 6 months experience using MS Excel formulas, pivot table and established macros
• Proficiency with Cognos Business Intelligence Tools
• Transportation industry knowledge

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision
