Supervisor, BCO Qualifications

Directly supervises approximately 10 employees in the Qualifications Department.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of Qualifications staff
• Acts as liason between Qualifications staff, and Internal/External Customers 
• Issues oral and written instructions
• Review any appropriate exceptions or requests for consideration
• Monitor and report individual goals and to Qualifications staff
• Maintains Department KPIs and various internal reports
• Monitor time sheets of Qualifications staff  
• Prepare and discuss performance reviews for Qualifications staff
• Actively participates in Department Meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven problem resolution skills
• Strong communication skills including group settings
• Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to adapt to and navigate Vendor systems

• Associates Degree
• Previous Supevisor Experience or similar role
