BPCS Helpdesk Coordinator
KI is seeking a BPCS Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Information Technology team based out of our Green Bay Corporate Office.
The BPCS Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for operating the helpdesk by recording trouble calls, diagnosing problems, and providing helpdesk support necessary to resolve hardware and software problems related to BPCS. Support is provided via multiple channels, including but not limited to: over the phone, by remote control, by email, and face-to-face. Problems that are not solved at the helpdesk level are dispatched to the appropriate IT personnel, Business Analyst or Support Services Team.
Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree in a related technical program or relevant work experience. One year of Helpdesk/Support experience supporting BPCS in a corporate setting is preferred.
