KI is seeking an innovated leader responsible for the leadership, management and profitability of our Arizona and Utah sales team. This position will be based out of the Phoenix area.
The District Leader is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the territory ensuring sales goals are met. This individual will lead, coach, mentor, and develop the sales team and administrative support staff. You will monitor competitor activities, pricing, and formulate sales strategies as well as assist in the development of new business. Utilizing established relationships in the contract furniture marketplace as well as the A&D community, this position will increase sales performance and market growth within the territory. Very importantly, this position will create KI awareness within the territory, and participation in key industry groups is essential. We are looking for a leader who is a role model with customer service passion and who inspires the sales team in achieving stretch goals.
Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience and a track record of success in developing new business. Experience in the furniture or related industry is preferred.
