KI is seeking a manufacturing-focused, Cost Accounting Manager to join our Finance team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay. The Finance team takes pride in its culture of trust, communication, partnership and continuous improvement and is looking for a like-minded individual who shares those cultural values.
In this role, special emphasis will be placed on monitoring and reporting on the financial results of KI’s manufacturing operations. Scope of responsibility includes, but is not limited to, ownership of material, standard cost, inventory valuation, manufacturing labor, manufacturing overhead, freight, along with manufacturing and product gross margin analysis. This position is also responsible for managing direct reports.
Integral to the role is frequent interaction with manufacturing leadership and engineers, including process managers and shop floor production workers. Up to 10% local travel to Northeastern Wisconsin facilities as well as the ability to travel to facilities outside of Wisconsin on occasion.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing industry. CMA or CPA credentials are preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication and computer skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and experience with query tools, is also required. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and have an excellent attention to detail.
