Licensed Practical Nurse – Northland Heights

Northland Heights Senior Living is hiring full-time LPN’s to join our Nursing Department.

All Shifts Available:

• 7AM - 3PM
• 3PM - 11PM
• 11PM - 7AM 

As LPN, you will be responsible for the following:

• Administrating and documenting of prescribed medications and treatments
• Assessing the residences condition daily
• Maintaining resident medical records
• Assuring the safety, security and wellbeing of residents and coworkers daily
