About our Talent Engagement Specialist Role:
We're looking for a Talent Engagement Specialist with experience in workforce development and/or recruitment strategies to assist participants with disabilities and other barriers to develop necessary skills to obtain, maintain, and advance in competitive employment. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and teaching skills to facilitate workshop-style programming for a diverse population of participants. The role requires providing group and classroom facilitation using a mix of classroom instruction, PowerPoint presentations, group activities, demonstration of skills, and one-on-one assistance.
