Position Summary: 
 

The Influencer team is hiring for a part time Influencer Associate to work on a contract basis. The influencer Associate is responsible for building the influencer community to generate social buzz and excitement around Function of Beauty. They are responsible for developing and maintaining influencer relationships, identifying strong influencer partners and supporting the influencer team across 360 social campaigns.
 

What You’ll Do: 

• Build ongoing list of relevant influencers and creators for potential seeding and engagement

• Manage and own all seeding logistics, including corresponding with influencers, submitting orders and coordinating with Ops team, to send all influencer and VIP packaging out for marketing initiatives

• Build a network of influencer relationships that can serve as advocates for the brand and be a source of UGC for social along with partnership and collaboration opportunities

• Track content and metrics for evergreen and campaign influencer reporting

• Provide input from ongoing conversations/relationships to help inform the larger influencer strategy and social content strategy

• Stay on the pulse of cultural and social trends to identify new opportunities and partners

• Monitor competitive landscape, with the help of reporting tools, and help surface relevant insights and opportunities

• Become a familiar face/voice to our influencer community; execution on the Function tone of voice

• Support the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing on day-to-day influencer needs

Who you are: 

• Experience in social media and influencer marketing

• Love connecting with people; and have a knack for building and maintaining relationships

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Positive can-do attitude; thrives on a fast paced, dynamic environment

• On the pulse of content trends and creators, familiar with influencers/content creators in the beauty, lifestyle and wellness space

Employment Category:

Part-Time, non-exempt (approx. 20hrs a week)
 
Expected salary $40-$50 an hour
