Senior Help Desk Representative


What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a/an Senior Help Desk Representative within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will FleetCor is looking for a cross functional Help Desk Representative who will be responsible for assisting the Petroleum Marketer Help Desk and FleetSource Customer Service with marketer and customer related calls, cases, and projects. The Help Desk Representative has a key role in helping our marketers and customers have a positive experience; and helping them to resolve any immediate needs that might impact their daily operations. The Help Desk representative is often the face of FleetCor as the main contact point for our customers and marketers. You will report directly to Renay Avery and regularly collaborate with Marketers/Merchants departments.

As a/an Senior Help Desk Representative you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Handling high volume inbound calls in a professional manner.

• Handling multiple queues and products / systems.

• Handling technical inquiries and issues.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service to our Marketers/merchants.

• Utilize multiple applications/systems provided by FleetCor in order to assist marketers efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Demonstrate effective oral and written communications with marketers, department personnel and management.

• Provide marketers/customers with accurate information in a fast-paced environment to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreement and Excellence in service.

• On Call rotation, including potentially after-hours escalations.

• New Site Setups.

• Effective at handling customers of all sizes.

• Proficient in being able to cross sell additional products and services.

• Transfer calls to appropriate department or staff.

• Process check by phone requests.

• Ability to handle additional projects as needed.



Qualifications & Skills


• HS Diploma, College degree preferred.

• Customer Service/Help Desk experience required.

• 3+ years of high call volume experience.

• Good interpersonal skills and team work awareness.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Prior experience resolving complex issues from various channels.

• Analytical, problem solving and technical trouble shooting of POS equipment.

• Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortable on the phone with customers.

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience is required.

• SalesForce experience preferred.

• Fuel and credit card industry experience a plus.

• Have the ability to work independently.

• Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated.

• Team player who takes a leadership role through coaching.
