Impact You Will Make
As a Leader, Channel and Partner Sales you will be a trusted leader of market facing teams/functions. You will act as a FinThrive brand ambassador to the healthcare industry.
What you will do
- Design, implementation and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the Channel Partner market
- Work with team of sales executives to develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales bookings targets
- Lead and manage a team of several direct sales reports ensuring appropriate guidance, coaching & mentorship, continual development of sales staff, and coordination of sales activities to achieve the desired goals
- Serve as the single point of responsibility for closing all sales with new and existing clients
- Serve as the single point or dotted-line of responsibility for existing account management
- Design and manage Client Success strategies to improve client satisfaction measured by revenue retention, and client reference-ability
- Design and manage client outreach strategies to increase brand awareness and grow Channel Partner market
- Collaborate with sales operations functions to ensure accurate capture of sales and client activities in Salesforce.com; utilize captured data to build and refine strategies
- Utilize an analytical approach to develop efficient market strategies and measure success of execution
- Maintain a deep working knowledge of FinThrive’s Healthcare Solutions and how they meet the business needs of current and prospective clients
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functional leadersDevelop and maintain key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
- Leverage knowledge of the Revenue Cycle space to inform product positioning and sales strategy
- Effectively navigate matrix resources to support growth strategies and execution; including product marketing, marketing & communications, finance, legal, operations, technology and membership
- Serve as a brand ambassador for FinThrive Healthcare at market facing events and through participation in professional organizations
- Provide industry insights to the business and product leaders to ensure that FinThrive’s solutions remain industry leading
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers to develop key relationships
- Responsible for ensuring your team maintains accurate client/prospect contact information in CRM.
- Create and maintains a positive image of the company by building positive business relationships with internal and external clients.
- Accurate quarterly forecasting and weekly collaboration with Senior and Executive Leadership Team
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related Business degree
- 8+ years of healthcare revenue cycle sales experience, selling services and technology solutions into the C-Suite
- 3+ years managing a sales team that met or exceeded corporate quota targets
- Experience managing inside sales, net new logo sales and client sales
- Successful experience closing complex multi-million dollar deals
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
- Dynamic leadership qualities and ability to lead and motivate highly effective teams
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
- Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
- Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed team environment
- Experience providing status reports with market and customer feedback to the corporate leadership team
- Experience using CRM software, preferably SalesForce
- Computer knowledge including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Travel required: Up to 75%
