  • Provides guests with accurate wait times when they are asked to wait for tables.
  • Accurately manages section charts and wait lists.  
  • Seats guests in areas of the restaurant that fulfill their requests and any special needs. 
  • Ensures guests are positively impacted by meeting and exceeding guest expectations. 
  • Ensures food quality and safe food handling requirements are maintained.
  • Facilitates efficient and effective set-up of restaurant and restaurant stations, including but not limited to beverage stations, expo station and host station. 
  • When applicable, consistently follows recipes, portions and product production as set forth in Company guides.
  • Follows and practices Company steps of service.
