Our Practice focuses on helping clients improve and transform their operations in the context of customer experience improvement, digital transformation, core technology implementation, sourcing, and mergers and acquisition integration. We reimagine the operating models and implement them for our clients across life insurance product lines and markets.

The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced and self-driven Engagement Managers to lead client engagement teams, work across a wide variety of clients. You will deepen our relationships with clients crafting point of views that help solve their problems.

Skills and attributes for success

You will problem solve most complex and transformational business problems and play a central role in building solutions that will serve clients and enhance team capabilities. You will work directly with clients leading small to medium sized teams, interact with the senior leadership of both our clients and our practice. In this role, you will problem solve, learn new skills and gain both design and implementation skills. With deep functional and industry knowledge, you will play a critical role in delivering transformational impact. You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. You will gain exposure to our proprietary technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will lead client engagements, establish relationships with client personnel and practice leads
  • Structure complex problems, develop and validate hypothesis, analyze data, develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Establish trust based relationships with clients, stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
  • Communicate effectively across all levels including senior client leaders in a structured way
  • Direct the team, perform QA review of team output and present quantitative and qualitative outputs in PowerPoint & Excel to support strategic recommendations
  • Commit to developing a strong personal brand leveraging your strengths, passion and personal values

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, graduate degree a plus.
  • 7-12 years of consulting experience, preferably Big 4 consulting
  • Solid understanding of Insurance or Finance Service domain required
  • Preferably MBA
