BASIC PURPOSE:
The Junior Partnership Manager is responsible for supporting the Partnership Manager(s) (PM) with select recruitment and client management functions to fill contracted education candidate searches in a timely manner. Conduct outreach, engage, educate, pre-qualify, and serve the PM’s candidate pool.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide full-desk support and coverage for PM(s): field professional management/support, conduct candidate sourcing, engage in outreach and follow up communications with clients and candidates, negotiating compensation packages, making decisions on PM’s behalf, maintaining appropriate margins without approval, and ensure expedient response times and a quality experience
• Support the entire assigned search process, including position intake, identifying ideal candidates, managing the submission process, screening process, interview follow-up, and post-hire check-ins, as needed
• Conduct candidate sourcing and searches on the Selected platform and via third-party sources
• Engage and nurture candidate leads via emails, direct messaging, and calls
• Understand and communicate each client’s unique value proposition offerings to candidates
• Interview and screening support, as needed
• Conduct reference checks, as needed
• Support clients via regular check-ins and communications during engagements
• Provide exceptional service to candidates, clients, and the internal recruitment team
• Support sales calls, information sessions, and platform demos with research and data gathering
• Support the documentation of all outreach and activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior experience working in a professional setting
• Prior sales, hiring, recruitment (K-12 roles preferred), customer service, and/or education experience (K-12 preferred)
• Competency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application (preferred)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly, professionally, and warmly with clients, candidates, and all staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Internet research in an efficient and productive manner
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, quickly changing, client-driven environment with changing demands and, at times, conflicting assignments
• Strong organization skills
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
