Columbia Association is seeking certified personal trainers to join our team. Candidates must be dynamic and business-minded, with strong communication, customer service and sales skills. Trainers are responsible for prospecting, building clientele base, conducting fitness assessments, and motivating and inspiring clients to reach their goals. All applicants must possess an NCCA approved certification (i.e. NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA or others). Applicants must be available 20 hours a week, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Personal training experience and a degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and benefits.
