Columbia SportsPark - Manager on Duty 1
 
Columbia SportsPark and SkatePark is seeking to hire a Manager on Duty who will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SportsPark to ensure that members, guests and member prospects receive the best quality and personalized experience.

Some responsibilities include leading, directing and training coworkers on daily operations; processing transactions; conducting brief shift meetings; maintaining operations at the front desk; and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager on Duty must have a working knowledge of Columbia Association’s mission, purpose, values and brand standards.

Requirements include one or more years of work experience in a comparable position (or equivalent education)
