Facility Management Director

Key Storage is currently seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management who can lead the construction activities associated with the entire asset portfolio including new construction projects, capital improvement projects, conversions, renovations, and maintenance projects. This individual will provide strategic insight into the development and execution of programs to effectively manage and maintain the integrity, functionality, and presentability of the storage company assets. The successful candidate will develop project plans and budgets while maintaining fiscal cost controls.

• Develops plans and oversees execution of new construction projects, capital improvement projects, facility management, maintenance programs and budgets.
• Handling long-range planning to support future needs and growth.
• Responsible for identifying and managing service providers, vendors, and sub-contractors throughout our geographic footprint to ensure quality of service and competitive pricing.
• Mitigates risk and oversees safety and security and future maintenance issues and expenses.
• Responsible for leading team of employees and managing multiple vendors in all asset markets. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
• 10+ years of experience 
• Knowledge of Project Management
• OSHA certification
