In your role as Branch Manager at Sun Loan Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Loan Specialists who strive to elevate customer satisfaction. You’ll have the opportunity to motivate your team to achieve company-wide and branch goals. In addition to playing a key role in the success of the branch, this position is crucial to the company's success.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve branch and company-wide goals (or exceed them) 
  • Manage the training and development of Customer Service Loan Specialists (CLS)
  • Maintain daily office procedures and operations 
  • Analyze financial statements and drive profitability 
  • Manage the approval process for loan applications 
  • Assist CLS with loan processing and collections 
  • Ensure excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone 
  • Maintain policy and procedure compliance 
  • Support Tax Preparation (varies by location) 
  • Network with the local community and other businesses to plan and develop branch growth 



Position Requirements: 


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be willing to travel to other stores
  • Experience in the loan industry, or 2-3 years of prior management experience in other customer service-oriented industries, is preferred 
  • Knowledge of computer software (including spreadsheets and word processing) and ability to use a calculator 
  • Must have access to reliable transportation 
  • Computer skills and the ability to use a calculator are essential 
  • Must have access to reliable transportation  
  • Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Fridays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and sometimes on Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Additional hours may be needed (no Sundays)
