Sun Loan Company is currently looking for a reliable, ambitious, and exceptional Bilingual Floating Customer Service Loan Specialist to join our dynamic team! Our ideal candidate is a positive, coachable, and dependable team-oriented individual who is driven to provide 5-star customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly manner. This position involves floating between our Uvalde, Del Rio and Eagle Pass locations.
As a Bilingual Floating Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of Sun Loan, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs.
Job duties include:
- Assess customer’s loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
- Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
- Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have availability to work:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
- Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
- Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (rotational basis related to office needs).
- Some overtime may be required.
- No Sundays!
