JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for managing the resorts evening operations, the front-desk, reservations, and maintaining proper working relationships between the front desk and all other departments. nd the first responder to any emergencies.
- Interaction with evening Guest Services associates regarding guest satisfaction and resort projects, not limited to scheduled assignments.
- Oversee the common area department within the resort
- You focus on the satisfaction of all guests by ensuring the timely resolution to inquiries.
- Handle issues about guest satisfaction with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Resort Manager regarding essential compensation.
- Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel.
- Perform weekly checks of all SOPs to ensure guest service will be prepared for an audit.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of Hospitality Management required (within any department)
- You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge.
- Ability to motivate and mentor associates.
- Ability work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
