COVID 19 Testing Technician opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a COVID 19 Testing Technician position in our Emergency Department.  The Testing Technician position will have primary responsibility of following provider order for COVID-19 via nasopharyngeal or nares swab. This position will educate patients on the process of testing.  This position works in a team environment with adequate PPE and requires an understanding of donning and doffing PPE and importance of infection control. Team member will also be trained to answer incoming phone calls and perform basic assistance to support and and/or backfill the ED Tech role.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Education: High School Diploma or General equivalency diploma (GED).
• Licensures, Certifications, Registrations:   Medical Assistant, EMT, C.N.A. or ED Tech II (Preferred); BLS
