Personal Care Attendant (122822.20) PART TIME

Patient Care Assistant opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a position as a Patient Care Assistant.  A patient care assistant provides assistance to the professional nursing staff providing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum, doing basic patient care. Collaborates with ancillary staff and communicates with care team and co-workers regarding patient condition.
 

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Licensure and Certifications:  Must obtain BLS/CPR certification within 6 months.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  Job duties include, but are not limited to: transporting patients, assisting with bathing and grooming tasks, assists with dressing patients, assist patients who need help walking or standing, communicates patient’s needs to the assigned RN, assist with lifting and turning patients, assists patients with feeding if necessary, and assists with tray delivery.
• Experience: no experience necessary. Can be trained on the job.
