The Associated's Internship Program (Spring 2020)
We believe in the mission of our work. We believe that together, we can accomplish something life-changing for ourselves and for those around us. We are a community of professionals excited to teach, mentor and offer opportunities to learn, develop skills and gain professional experience.
Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and foster relationships across a range of departments. You’ll have access to Q&A sessions with executives and opportunities to meet with professionals from our agencies to see how our work makes an impact on the Baltimore community at-large.
Each internship responsibilities varies by department and specific qualifications may vary by internship.
The following criteria must be met for of all interns:
Current student in a degree program at an accredited college or university. (For post-graduate internships, must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Professional and mature conduct
Positive, can-do attitude
Must enjoy and thrive working in a team environment
