We are seeking an Account Manager to liaise between Transitions Benefit Group and external clients.  You will work closely with the internal team to provide outstanding service to our customers.  You will develop long-term relations with a portfolio of clients and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on clients’ needs by managing and developing client accounts. 

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Evaluate client needs and formulate solutions for support
• Plan, execute and manage client accounts and projects
• Develop, manage and monitor project plans to meet client goals and objectives
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
• Oversee the development of new client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or related field preferred
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
• Medicare experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with CRM software, databases, scrips and tools efficiently
