Responsible for providing customer service and support to assist service team in supporting existing accounts.   


Analyzes certificate, endorsement, and audit requests.
Initiates necessary corrections timely to ensure accuracy of dates, coverage, signatures, commission, premium, attachments, etc. 
Facilitates flow of information from agents and underwriters, whether to internal teams and/or clients.
Responds promptly to all requests from internal team, (re)insurers or clients regarding account servicing issues.
Interacts regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificates; responding to queries and concerns with a prompt resolution.
Proactively initiates and coordinates renewal activity on assigned accounts.
Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries, and corrects account discrepancies including assisting in collections on past due accounts.
Binds insurance coverage and prepares insurance binders.
Assists with the preparation of presentations and/or proposals for clients. 
Gathers information for applications. 
Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
Other duties as assigned.



Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience  
Two (2) or more years related work experience
Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required
Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Good problem solving and time management skills
Intermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm)
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
