Who we are looking for:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working within a team based environment and delivering service and solutions to customers. This individual will work closely with car dealerships from across the U.S. to support ACV Auctions unique business solutions. The Account Support Rep will receive inbound phone calls and emails from customers and help answer their questions and solve challenges they may have. We're looking for teammates that enjoy interacting with and supporting customers through their day, are super-dependable and thrive when working with others.

What you will do:

• Receive inbound calls from ACV Customers
• Resolve customer inquiries by using all the resources available such as Salesforce, ACV’s tools, etc.
• Perform outbound calls to ACV Customers as needed
• Document activities, strategies and efforts within Salesforce
• Provide pre and post-sales support to customers to ensure consistent repeat business
• Meet or exceed SLA’s to issue resolutions
• Understand ACV policies
• Work with other departments to resolve customer inquiries such as Titles, Payments, Transportation and Arbitration
• Present current ACV offerings, products, services and newest features
• Speak with business owners and decision makers
• Meet or exceed all goals and KPI’s

• Experience supporting customers (customer service /retail) a plus
• Fluent Spanish a real plus
