Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled RPA & BI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and supporting automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate (including Microsoft Flow) and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis, automation, and data visualization (including deep experience with Power BI dashboards). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that will streamline our business processes and increase operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors and data integration solutions using Power Automate.
- Create and publish Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation solutions align with business goals and requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for automation solutions.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
- 2+ years of experience developing data visualizations using Power BI.
- Experience working with APIs and creating custom connectors using Power Automate.
- Experience working with finance and business units to develop metrics and dashboards.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Qualified candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with relationship-building, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to work with others along with working independently. Must be detail-oriented and must meet scheduled deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in completing scheduled activities along with additional activities. Ability to manage communication in a positive manner.
- Punctuality and a good work ethic are critical.
