The Practice Manager reports to the Talent Organization leadership and will lead a team of Sr. Recruiters, Recruiters and and/or Talent Sourcing Specialists. The Practice Manager will coach and develop their team that can be a mixture of very capable and tenured Recruiters to less experienced Recruiters that will need a tremendous amount of support and guidance. They will partner closely with Talent Organization leadership to help create and deliver on recruiting and client strategies. At times, the Practice Manager will recruit on orders to maintain their recruitment skills and remain close to areas of operational improvement and driving gross profits.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading a portion of the Recruiting team to achieve and exceed team and individual goals and metrics.
  • Evenly distribute workload across the recruitment team, ensuring a balance that supports optimal productivity.
  • Working closely with Practice Leadership and Sales to assess and improve service delivery and support strategic growth opportunities.
  • Coaching and continuously developing Recruiters to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Ensure talent and clients have a phenomenal experience throughout service delivery.
  • Hire, onboard and train new recruiters, helping them ramp productively.
  • Embody servant & situational leadership to drive the results needed (blocking &tackling obstacles in your producer’s path).
  • Hold team members accountable and manage performance expectations through pulling reports that make up performance metrics.

  • Deepunderstanding of industry KPI’s and ability to manage a team to meet or exceed goals.
  • Team player who is highly service-oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure.

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally including experience in a creative, advertising or staffing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in project or account leadership is preferred; must have strong client management skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products, Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to source, engage and attract high demand candidates.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and manipulate recruiting tools and strategies and make recommendations to maximize productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related disciplineor equivalent experience required.
