Scout Program Manager

The Scout Program Manager plays a pivotal role in engaging Scout Marketplace search firms, driving their performance in supporting talent requests from Scout clients.

Duties/Responsibilities/Primary Functions:

  • Understand the makeup and capabilities of Scout’s Marketplace including industry and talent strengths/gaps

  • Establish direct relationships with top volume/high potential search firms to understand their strengths, scale, and differentiators

  • Work closely with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to understand assigned clients in detail (talent needs, forecasting)

  • Engage the right partners at the right time to prepare for and effectively deliver on client requisitions

  • Identify and mitigate (engaging other Scout/Aquent team members as necessary) challenges that partners may face as they navigate client needs and learn Scout processes

  • Own KPIs for search firms on specific engagements/specific clients, modifying focus based on analytics

  • Educate partners on and enforce Scout’s Code of Conduct with partners

  • Support/build best practice documentation for processes and policies related to the Scout Marketplace

Skills and Orientation (ideal):

  • 2+ years of experience with supplier management, staffing Managed Service Programs (MSPs) or direct staffing and recruiting

  • Bachelor’s degree

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for up to 8 hrs per day

  • Occasional travel for client or team meetings 

  • Remote work environment supported by resources necessary for an effective home office
