Scout Program Manager
The Scout Program Manager plays a pivotal role in engaging Scout Marketplace search firms, driving their performance in supporting talent requests from Scout clients.
Duties/Responsibilities/Primary Functions:
Understand the makeup and capabilities of Scout’s Marketplace including industry and talent strengths/gaps
Establish direct relationships with top volume/high potential search firms to understand their strengths, scale, and differentiators
Work closely with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to understand assigned clients in detail (talent needs, forecasting)
Engage the right partners at the right time to prepare for and effectively deliver on client requisitions
Identify and mitigate (engaging other Scout/Aquent team members as necessary) challenges that partners may face as they navigate client needs and learn Scout processes
Own KPIs for search firms on specific engagements/specific clients, modifying focus based on analytics
Educate partners on and enforce Scout’s Code of Conduct with partners
Support/build best practice documentation for processes and policies related to the Scout Marketplace

Skills and Orientation (ideal):
2+ years of experience with supplier management, staffing Managed Service Programs (MSPs) or direct staffing and recruiting
Bachelor’s degree
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for up to 8 hrs per day
Occasional travel for client or team meetings
Remote work environment supported by resources necessary for an effective home office
