Director of Recruitment
The Scout Marketplace Manager is responsible for building a strong, adaptive community of search firm partners as well as the processes and practices that enable them to successfully deliver talent to Scout clients.
Understand the makeup and capabilities of Scout’s Marketplace including industry and talent strengths/gaps
Work closely with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to understand assigned clients in detail (talent needs, forecasting)
Build a strategy for the Marketplace to ensure strong requisition coverage, high fill rates, and fast time to fill
Continually analyze the Marketplace to identify opportunities and gaps
Through a team, recruit search firms to build talent/geographic strength
Build and own KPIs for search firms basing activities on quantitative knowledge
Grow, train, motivate, and support a team of Marketplace associates to accomplish the above
Through a team, deliver successful talent acquisition for clients (more successful searches) and partners more opportunities)
Though a team, address and resolve escalated service issues or challenges with partners
Set annual goals/OKRs (Objectives and Key Measures) for the Marketplace overall as well as individual team members
Design and execute a strategy for ensuring accounts not assigned to a Client Partner or Client Service Manager are effectively supported
Build and improve processes and policies for the Marketplace that reward success and manage risk
Partner with Engineering to ensure the evolution of the Scout platform is clearly linked to partner and client needs
Partner with Scout Analytics to build out systems and visibility for the responsibilities above
Initially, this role will focus on identifying, engaging, and supporting traditional search firms, but will expand in the future to include management of an in-house team functioning as partners by leveraging artificial intelligence sourcing tools

Preferred Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Experience working with Managed Service Programs (MSPs) as a provider or MSP manager
Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent experience
5+ years experience working in the staffing industry, ideally working with large scale clients
Experience effectively leading teams
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8 hrs per day.
