ACCOUNT DIRECTOR SUMMARY
To work alongside Account Managers & Delivery Consults within the Aquent staffing division, focusing on the growth and development of clients within the UK market. Build upon existing relationships, fully explore opportunities within our current client base, and acquire new clients within our targeted markets. Focusing on long-term rapport and nurturing relationships through varied communication platforms to uncover current pain points and future growth plans to advise on the best Aquent solution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce and execute a sales strategy for planned growth
Identify potential business opportunities through research, mapping, and competitor activity
Grow, develop and maintain relationships with key strategic clients and stakeholders to encourage repeat business
Working alongside Delivery Agents to build pipelines of our creative talent to promote to clients
Exceed external and internal clients expectations through service and creative problem solving
Attend conferences and industry events to build relationships with potential and existing clients
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES
Strong commercial background
Proven B2B/B2C sales experience
Experience in new client acquisition
Success in nurturing client relationships
Experience in selling marketing, digital, creative, or recruitment services - preferable, but not essential.

THE BASE SALARY IN GBP IS BETWEEN £45,000 TO £50,000
